Cheer for the NFL’s Tennessee Titans as they tackle football’s top contenders at LP Field in Downtown Nashville. The state-of-the-art, open-air, natural grass facility is also home of Tennessee State University football. Led by star quarterback Vince Young, the Tennessee Titans reached the AFC division playoffs this year closing out an exceptional football season on the gridiron.
During their the first year in the new stadium, the most memorable victory of the season came in a 22-16 Wild Card victory over Buffalo on Jan. 8, 2000. In that game, Kevin Dyson fielded a lateral pass with 16 seconds left and raced 75 yards down the sideline for the winning score. Dubbed “The Music City Miracle”, this play is one of the most memorable moments in NFL history. Since 1999, the Titans have excited fans with their outstanding offensive and defensive sportsmanship.
- Nashville Predators - Since the inaugural season in 1998, the National Hockey League’s Nashville Predators have heated up the ice at the Sommet Center in Nashville. With many games, players, and exciting moments etched into the NHL history books, the excitement of Predators hockey has left deep impressions in the memories of hockey fans. Nashville has matured into a solid franchise, known for its hard-hitting, fast-skating, aggressive style of hockey as well as its proud and boisterous Tennessee fans.

Tennessee Collegiate Sports
- University of Tennessee Volunteers - A perennial powerhouse in NCAA college sports, the University of Tennessee fields 20 men''s and women''s varsity intercollegiate teams and is home to more than 500 exceptional student-athletes. The UT Volunteers and Lady Vols are highly ranked within the Southeastern Conference in football, basketball, track and water sports, garning many NCAA championships over the last few decades. The UT Vols men’s basketball team is ranked no.3, and the Lady Vols are ranked no. 2 in the SEC. You can cheer for the UT Vols men’s football team at historic Neyland Stadium in Knoxville.
- Tennessee Tech University – Located in Cookeville, Tennessee Tech University boasts 16 intercollegiate sports teams and more than 300 student-athletes who compete in football, basketball, baseball, softball, volleyball, tennis, track, golf, soccer and rifle. The 6th ranked Tennessee Tech Golden Eagles football team has been highly triumphant in Division 1 of the NCAA, attacking the field at Overall Stadium.
